Anthony stars in the staged concert production of PUMP UP THE VOLUME in the role made famous by Christian Slater in the 1990’s coming-of-age film of the same name. The musical, featuring a book and lyrics by Jeremy Desmon and music by Jeff Thomson, is presented at Los Angeles’ Hudson Backstage Theatre.

PUMP UP THE VOLUME follows a shy outsider named Mark living in a strict small town. When he launches his own pirate radio station straight out of his bedroom, he transforms into his edgy alter ego, his radio persona “Hard Harry.” But when tragedy strikes the school, “Hard Harry” is blamed, and others attempt to shut the radio show down, leaving Mark to decide whether to allow them to silence him or to PUMP UP THE VOLUME.

Anthony guest starred on the fall season finale of NBC’s “Happy’s Place” starring Reba McEntire.

He portrayed the lovelorn Jack, opposite Isabella (Bella Escobedo) in the eighth episode of the sitcom’s first season titled Dear Jack.
